My roof looks beautiful! They are quick and do quality work! The clean-up was A+. Normally after construction etc. we are left cleaning up and putting everything back in its proper place. I couldn’t even tell they had been there!! I was so happy I choose this company.
It was easy working with this roofing company. They came out to assess my roof and brought me a brochure on the available roofing shingles to choose from, and they did everything else, including permits, etc. A complete turnkey project. All the roofing materials were delivered the day before, and the roof was replaced the next day. I’m completely satisfied. I would recommend this company.
I cannot say enough good things about Matt and OD Jones Roofing!! I had a raccoon rip shingles off my roof in an effort to get into my attic, damaging only a few square feet of the roof. Most roofers, when I explained the issue, wouldn’t even come out to quote me. When I spoke with OD Jones, they had someone to my house in less than 48 hours to give me a quote. Matt wasn’t just on time—he was 15 minutes early!! After looking at the small area of damage, he told me they typically don’t do small jobs like this, but he understood the position I was in and he took it on. He had someone out to make the repairs the very next morning, had it done in less than 15 minutes, and sent me pictures of the final product. Not only were the work and customer service EXCEPTIONAL, but the cost was also so fair it was practically free! As an architect, I’ve dealt with more than my fair share of roofers, and I can say with certainty that OD Jones is different than the rest. Top notch in every category and consummate professionals. You can’t go wrong with these guys!!!
