I had a raccoon rip shingles off my roof in an effort to get into my attic, damaging only a few square feet of the roof. Most roofers, when I explained the issue, wouldn't even come out to quote me. When I spoke with OD Jones, they had someone to my house in less than 48 hours to give me a quote.

Not only did Matt show up on time, he was 15 minutes early!! After looking at the small area of damage, he told me they typically don't do small jobs like this, but he understood the position I was in and he took it on. He had someone out to make the repairs the very next morning, had it done in less than 15 minutes, and sent me pictures of the final product. Not only was the work and customer service EXCEPTIONAL, the cost was so fair it was practically free!

As an architect, I've dealt with more than my fair share of roofers, and I can say with certainty that OD Jones is different than the rest. Top notch in every category and consumate professionals. You can't go wrong with these guys!!!
